FALL OF THE BERLIN WALL ANNIVERSARY
The 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall will be remembered Monday in Germany with ceremonies to commemorate the dismantling of the Cold War symbol. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will lead the U.S. delegation.

OBAMA HEADS TO ASIA
President Barack Obama will be in Asia starting Thursday to meet with foreign leaders and to attend regional economic summits. Obama starts out his trip in Tokyo and then will head to Singapore for the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit, before heading to China and then South Korea.
VETERANS DAY
U.S. military veterans will be honored Wednesday during Veterans Day. Obama has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff until Veterans Day as a tribute to the soldiers killed in the Fort Hood, Texas, shooting rampage.
