      What is Clear365?
      Clear365 is an entertainment portal featuring the best and most popular content on the web. It is a destination portal for Clear and Clearwire customers to access content and services. Clear365 is optimized for the WiMAX network from Clear.

      What is Clearwire?
      Clearwire is a provider of simple, fast, portable and reliable wireless high-speed Internet service. Clearwire customers connect to the Internet without the confines of traditional cable or phone lines. Learn more about Clearwire here.

      What is Clear?
      Clear is Clearwire's super fast mobile Internet service currently available in Portland, OR. The Clear network is powered by WiMAX, which is considered a fourth generation (4G) wireless technology, and is designed specifically for high-speed Internet data usage. Learn more about Clear here.

      I am a Clear/Clearwire customer, how does the site benefit me?
      Clear365 is a free service, which offers:
      • Easy access to Clear or Clearwire email through linking email accounts.
      • Special promotions and discounts at our vast Music Store.
      • The latest news and entertainment content.

      Do I need to sign up to use the site?
      You can surf the site and watch video without signing up. In order to save your preferences, create a Widget or to purchase content, you must set up a user account.

      Does it cost anything to sign up?
      No. Clear365 accounts are entirely free. Premium content and services may be purchased as you go.

      I have a Clear super fast mobile Internet account in Portland, OR; do I have to set up a separate Clear365 account?
      Use your Clear username and password to sign in to Clear365.
      I have a Clearwire Internet service account; do I have to set up a separate Clear365 account?
      Use your Clear or Clearwire username and password to sign in to Clear365.
      Do I have to submit my credit card when I sign up?
      You are not obligated to enter a credit card to set up an account. If you do save your credit card information, you can access the quick Buy feature for fast and easy purchasing. Enter and save your credit card at any time in My Account or enter it when you select an item to purchase.

      I forgot my password.
      Click the Log in link at the top right of the page above the Radio player and then click the Forgot Password link. Answer your security question or send an email to reset your password.

      I changed my Clear365 password; does that affect my Clear or Clearwire account information?
      If your accounts are linked, than any changes to your password will be the same across the sites. Go to My Account / Connect Settings to check if your accounts are linked.

      Why do I have to confirm my email?
      Your account will be active but you cannot purchase any content until you confirm your address. We use email to notify you of purchases and new features on Clear365.

      I can't find the confirmation email.
      Check the spam or junk mail folder in your mail system. Or log in to My Account and click Resend Validation Email. When you get the email, click the link and you're good to go.

      How can I update my account information?
      You can update your account information by navigating to Clear365 My Account. There you can update your email address, billing, passwords, track purchases and add sub users.

      Will my personal information be kept private?
      Clear365 understands your concerns about how personal information is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. By visiting Clear365.com, you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

      What is a Primary Account?
      When you sign up for Clear365, your account automatically becomes the primary account and you can add up to 4 active sub users with their own usernames and passwords. You may set the sub users' purchasing power and the content they can access by adjusting the Content Ratings setting. Add a sub user in the Account Administration tab in My Account.

      What is a Sub User?
      A sub user is a type of user who has payment controlled by the primary account holder. Sub users may use the entire site and customize content and widgets, but their purchasing power is controlled by the primary account holder. Add a sub user in the Account Administration tab in My Account.

      Can I use different credit cards for the sub users in my account?
      No. Clear365 supports one credit card per account.

      What are Content Ratings?
      Video and music on Clear365 is rated "All," "Teen," or "Mature." The content is available for everyone; to limit access for certain users, set up a sub user account in the Account Administration tab in My Account.

      I am a Clear customer. How do I set up my Clear.net email?
      If you do not have your Clear.net email set up, go to Clear My Account to set up this feature.

      I am a Clearwire customer. How do I set up my Clearwire.net email?
      If you do not have your Clearwire.net email set up, go to Clearwire My Account to set up this feature.

      Can I access my personal email on Clear365?
      At this time, only Clear.net and Clearwire.net emails are accessible on Clear365. To access email, click the "Email" button on the top right corner of the site.

      I am a Clear customer. How do I link my Clear.net or Clearwire.net email on Clear365?
      • Log in
      • Go to Clear365 My Account/Connect Settings and enter your Clearwire email address and password.
      • Click "Link Email"
      • After you have successfully linked your email, you are required to log out of your Clear365 session and log in into a new session to activate your linked email.

      You can unlink your email in My Account/Connect Settings

      I am a Clearwire customer. How do I link my Clearwire.net email on Clear365?
      • Log in
      • Go to Clear365 My Account/Connect Settings and enter your Clearwire email address and password.
      • Click "Link Email"
      • After you have successfully linked your email, you are required to log out of your Clear365 session and log in into a new session to activate your linked email.

      Widgets, Playlists, Video

      What is a widget?
      A widget is a stand-alone piece of content or service which you can get access at anytime. To customize, save and share widgets you must be logged in to Clear365. Some examples of widgets are constant weather updates, music player, or a personal to-do list.

      How do I customize a widget?
      Click on the arrow button at the top right of the widget and you can change color, fonts and feed details. If you are logged in, the changes will save automatically.

      How do I create a widget?
      Some Clear365 content can be saved into a widget. Click "Create a widget," and that content will appear in the widget canvas at the bottom of the page. You can also create a widget from Clear365 search results. When you select "Create a widget" from search, it is added to the home page widget canvas.

      How do I move a widget?
      To rearrange the order of widgets in the widget canvas, click "Move" then hold and drag the widget to the place you want.

      How do I share a widget?
      Click on the arrow button at the top right of the widget. Select "Copy me" and pick your option - email, Facebook, MySpace, iGoogle, and more.

      What is the Widget Favorites?
      Widget Favorites is a scroll bar of up to 16 widgets. Within the widget, click "Add to favorites" to add to your Widget Favorites bar.

      What is a playlist?
      Audio and video playlists are collections of songs or videos that you want to save for future viewing or to put in a widget. When you find something to save, click '+ Playlist', which is located next to the video or music content you are viewing. To access your Playlist, click on the "Playlist" button located on the top right corner of the site.

      How do I share or purchase a playlist?
      To share or purchase a playlist, you must first save it as a widget. Click "Playlist" button to access your lists; select the playlist, then click "Create a Widget" and either "Edit Me" to share or "Buy Now" to purchase.

      Do I have to pay to watch a video?
      The videos on Clear365 can be viewed for free.

      What are the technical requirements to watch video on Clear365?
      You will need the following software on your computer to watch videos on Clear365
      • Internet Explorer 6.0 or above, Firefox 2.0 or above, or Safari 2.0 or above
      • JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled
      • Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.124
      • Shockwave version 11.0

      Do I have to download anything to watch video?
      Make sure you have the latest Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.124. It will be installed automatically if your browser doesn't yet have it, or you can click here to install.

      Why is the video taking a while to load? Your internet connection may be busy. We recommend that your internet connection support at least 512kbps to best view our videos.

      What is my default location for Clear365 Local?
      • The zip code you enter during the sign in process is the default location for local weather, maps and news.
      • For users accessing Clear365 on the WiMAX network, your location will automatically update based on your physical location.

      How do I change the default location on my Clear365 Local page?
      To change the default location, you may change the zip code stored in My Account.

      How do I view locations other than my default location on Clear365 Local?
      • To search a new location, click "Change" button and enter a new location.
      • WiMAX customers can also use the "Find My Location" link.


      TV, Music, Photos, Games

      What is Clear365 TV?
      Clear365 TV offers clips and full episodes of your favorite shows. If you are having trouble viewing video, check our system requirements.

      Are there any restrictions on the music tracks?
      All music on Clear365 is DRM free, which means the files do not contain any software that restricts the use of the file and you have the flexibility to play the files on any of your media players, computers or burn them to CD.

      How many times can I download a song?
      One purchase allows you to download a song up to three times. So if you forgot where you saved the original file or got a new mp3 player, you may download it again in My Account. Go to the Purchases & Downloads tab in My Account.

      How long will the download be available?
      We recommend you download the content immediately after purchase. Some tracks may have limited availability.

      What are Ringtones and Wallpapers?
      Clear365 has partnered with Thumbplay to offer custom content for your mobile phone.

      Do I have to set up an account at Thumbplay to buy a Ringtone or Wallpaper?
      No. If you are signed in to Clear365 and have an active and valid mobile phone account, you will be able to purchase mobile content.

      Will the charges be applied to my Clear365 account?
      No. Ringtones and Wallpapers will be charged to your cell phone account and visible as a Thumbplay charge on your wireless carrier's monthly statement.

      How do I listen to Clear365 radio?
      The radio player is in the top right corner of the Clear365 site. When you click the player it opens in a separate window. Use the channel selector to pick your station and listen as you browse the site. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups for Clear365.com.

      When I click to play a radio station, nothing happens.
      Since the radio player appears as a separate window, make sure that pop-ups are enabled and Adobe Flash Player version 9.1.024 is installed on your browser.

      Do I need a separate photo account if I already have a Clear365 account?
      Yes. Our partner Photobucket requires a separate account. If you already have a Photobucket account, go to the Connect Settings tab in My Account to enable it on Clear365. Or sign up for a new Photobucket account and get started.

      I already have a Photobucket account; can I use that on Clear365?
      Yes, go to the Connect Settings tab in My Account to synch your existing Photobucket account.

      Where do I upload pictures and where do they show up?
      Go to the Clear 365 Photos section and select the option you want. Once you upload and customize on Photobucket, your albums will automatically show up on Clear365 and Photobucket.

      Will everyone see my photos?
      If your photos are set to "Public" then they will be shared with Clear365 and Photobucket users. To keep your photos private, select "Private" when you upload new pics.

      What does it cost to use photo services on Clear365?
      The photo service is free.

      Do I need a separate account to play Games?
      No, the games area is free and open to all users.

      What browsers are required to play Clear365 games?
      Clear365 games are optimized for Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, though some games may work on other browsers. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups.

      What are the technical requirements to play games on Clear365?
      Your computer must be a 32-bit operating system and you will need the following software on your computer to play games on Clear365
      • Internet Explorer 6.0 or above
      • JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled
      • Java version 6
      • Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.124
      • Shockwave version 11.0

      Some games may not work on Windows Vista operating system.

      Do I have to download something in order to play Clear365 games?
      With our growing catalog, some games require a plug-in. If you are prompted to accept the installation of a plug-in, select yes.

      Purchasing Clear365 Content

      I'm ready to buy, now what?
      When you come across a "Buy" button, click on the link and the process will begin. You will need to have a credit card on file and have your e-mail validated.

      What is the Clear365 Download Manager?
      The Clear365 Download Manager is an application that allows seamless downloads for multiple tracks, albums and playlists. When you purchase something from the music store for the first time, you will be prompted to download this application.

      Do I need to use the Clear365 Download Manager to download individual songs?
      The Download Manager is required for albums and playlists and we recommend using it for individual tracks too. After the Clear365 Download Manager has been installed, all music purchases will automatically download on your computer. If the Download Manager has not been installed, you may save individual songs to a location of your choice.
      • Windows Users: Your default download directory is set to: My Music Folder
      • Mac Users: Your default download directory is set to: Music Folder

      Where can I download the Clear365 Download Manager?
      You can download it after you've selected a song to purchase or in My Account/Purchases & Downloads. The Clear365 Download Manager will reside in Program Files on your computer.

      There was a problem downloading the Clear365 Download Manager.
      Make sure you have Adobe Flash Player version 9.0.124 and the latest AIR installer. If you are still having problems, contact us via live chat.

      How will I get billed for my purchases?
      If you submitted a valid credit card during the sign up process, that card will be charged. If no credit card is on file, you must enter your credit card information at the time of purchase.

      I want to add or change the credit card used for my account.
      At any time, you may change the credit card on file in My Account.

      Will my purchases be taxed?
      Some states require internet purchases be taxed and others do not. We will apply the applicable tax at the time of purchase using your billing address.

      Where do I access my downloads after purchase?
      When you purchase music content for the first time, you will be prompted to download the Clear365 Download Manager. The files will save automatically save to your music folder. You may change this by going to the Settings option in the Download Manager.
      • Windows Users: Your default download directory is set to: My Music Folder
      • Mac Users: Your default download directory is set to: Music Folder

      How do I view my account balance and my purchase history?
      Check the Purchases & Downloads section in My Account for the latest account activity in your account.

      Will I receive a receipt for my purchases?
      A purchase receipt will be sent out via email once your credit card is charged.

      I am not getting my purchase receipts.
      Check your spam or junk mail folder. Make sure to set Clear365.com as a safe sender in your mailbox preferences.

      I am dissatisfied with my purchase, can I get a refund?
      Successfully downloaded content is not refundable.

      The content I purchased does not work?
      If there is a technical problem with a file or you cannot locate it to download, contact us via live Customer Care chat or email help@clear365.com. Contact us within 3 days of your purchase to see if you are eligible for a refund.

      I lost my internet connection when the content was downloading.
      Go to the Purchases & Downloads tab in My Account to re-download that file. We allow a maximum of three downloads per purchase.

      I bought a Ringtone and Wallpaper, why don’t these purchases show up in My Account?
      Through our partnership with Thumbplay, Ringtones and Wallpapers are charged and delivered through your mobile phone account. Check with your mobile phone provider.

      Someone gave me a promo code, what do I do?
      Click on "Buy" to execute a purchase and enter the promo code at the prompt. Codes will be validated at that time. Some promo codes may be redeemed in My Account for future purchases. Check the promo rules for more information.
